WH-4-023 is a potent, orally active Lck/Src inhibitor with IC50 of 2 nM and 6 nM, respectively, in cell-free trials. The selectivity for p38α and KDR was more than 300 times lower, and the SIK was inhibited effectively (IC50 for SIK1, 2 and 3 were 10, 22 and 60 nM, respectively).
