In Vivo: 150 mg/kg PD 0332991 treated MDA-MB-435 graft tumor completely inhibited tumor. In a variety of transplanted human tumors, PD-0332991 also shows broad-spectrum anticancer activity, controlled by removing p-Rb and proliferating Marker Ki-67 from blood vessels and regulating genes to keep them at E2F transcription level.
