Hpk1-in-7 is a potent oral active HPK1(hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1,MAP4K1) inhibitor (IC50=2.6nM) with excellent family and kinase group selectivity. HPK1-IN-7 was selective to IRAK4(59 nM) and GLK(140 nM). The combination of HPK1-IN-7 and anti-PD1 showed a powerful effect on MC38 isogenic tumor models.
