FN-1501 is a potent inhibitor of Fms-like receptor tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) and cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK). The IC50 for CDK2/cyclin A, CDK4/cyclin D1, CDK6/cyclin D1 and FLT3 were 2.47 nM, 0.85 nm, 1.96 nm and 0.28 nM, respectively.
