RA190 is a dibenzalpiperidine, a potent, selective and orally active proteasome ubiquitin receptor RPN13/ADRM1 inhibitor with anticancer activity. RA190 can trigger endoplasmic reticulum stress response, p53/p21 signaling axis and autophagy in multiple myeloma cells.
