InVitro: WIKI4 inhibited Wnt/ ß-catenin signaling in all cell lines tested, including A375, DLD1 colorectal cancer, NALM6 B, U2OS osteosarcoma, and hESCs. WIKI4 increases the steady-state abundance of Wnt/ ß-catenin arrestins and AXIN1 by inhibiting end-anchor polymerase activity, thereby preventing ubiquitination and degradation of AXIN proteins.
