R406 free base is an orally active, ATP-competitive Syk/FLT3 inhibitor with a Ki of 30 nM. It effectively inhibits Syk kinase activity at an IC50 of 41 nM and reduces immune complex-mediated inflammation. It also inhibits Lyn and Lck with IC50 at 63 nM and 37 nM, respectively.
