BRD4 inhibitor-20 is a potent oral inhibitor of active bromine major protein 4 (BRD4). The inhibitory activity of BRD4 inhibitor -20 against BRD4 (BD1) and BRD4 was 19 nM and 28 nM, respectively. BRD4 inhibitor-20 also has antiproliferative activity in cancer cell lines. BRD4 inhibitor-20 can be used in studies of various cancers, such as colon cancer.
