AST-487 (NVP-AST487), an N,N' -diphenyl urea, is a competitive inhibitor of Flt3 with a ki value of 0.12 μM. In addition to FLT3, AST487 also inhibited RET,KDR,c-KIT, and c-ABL kinases with IC50 values below 1 μM.
