LDH-IN-2 is a salicylic acid derivative that is an inhibitor of glycolate oxidase (GO). LDH-IN-2 decreased oxalate output in high oxalate hepatocytes. LDH-IN-2 can be used in the study of primary hyperoxia type 1 (PH1) [1].
