AT7519 is a variety of CDK inhibitors. When acting on CDK1, 2, 4, 6 and 9, the IC50 is 10-210 nM, and the effect on CDK3 is slightly weak, and there is almost no inhibitory activity on CDK7. AT7519 also inhibited the phosphorylation of GSK3β. AT7519 can induce apoptosis. Phase 2.
