STO-609 is a specific inhibitor of CaM-KK, inhibiting the activity of CAM-Kkα and CAM-Kkβ with Ki values of 80 ng/ml and 15 ng/ml, respectively, and inhibiting their self-phosphorylation activity. STO-609 can inhibit AMPKK activity and inhibit autophagy.
